  • Arhitecturi de calcul (predicţia ramificaţiilor, predicţia valorilor, reutilizarea dinamică a instrucţiunilor, evaluarea consumului de putere, evaluare termică, metode de explorare automată a spaţiului de proiectare);
  • Ubiquitous computing (predicţia locaţiei următoare, predicţia mişcărilor persoanelor);
  • Web mining (preîncărcarea paginilor web, predicţia paginilor web);
  • Procesarea imaginilor (filtrarea zgomotului, recunoaştere de tipare);
  • Inteligenţă artificială (reţele neuronale, lanţuri Markov, modele Markov cu legături ascunse, algoritmi genetici);
  • Algoritmi (analiză, proiectare, implementare – Java, C#, C++, limbaj de asamblare –, optimizare).
